1. Wash dried lily, and soak in water for one day. Change water for 3 times while soaking. Wash sweet almonds and brown rice, soak for 4 hours. Add lily and lotus seeds, steam for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover, and let stand covered for an additional 20 minutes.
2. Put (1) and crystal sugar, together with 400cc hot water into the blender container. Mince contents with “Plus” button, then blender “Fast” speed for 2 minutes until smooth. Add 600cc hot water and mix well before serving.
